Here at Southern Cooking 123, we are big fans of all southern cookbooks. While many of the greats are out of print, you can find them at garage sales and thrift stores. These hold the secrets of southern flavor and we hope to preserve their knowledge. These are great for memorizing the classics but also giving them your own spin.
